Welcome to the 51st Annual Rosie Awards! Join us as we celebrate over half a century of cinematic excellence in Alberta’s thriving screen industries. This year’s Rosie Awards promise an unforgettable afternoon and evening of recognition, networking, and entertainment, highlighting the outstanding achievements of our local talent.

About The Rosie Awards: The Alberta Film & Television Awards, affectionately known as the Rosie Awards, have been a cornerstone of Canada’s media landscape since 1974, making it the country’s oldest awards show. With 56 class and craft categories, the Rosies celebrate excellence across all facets of Alberta’s screen industries—from gripping documentaries to innovative digital media.

We are excited to announce new categories for 2025:

  • Best Supporting Performance - Male or Nonbinary

The awards will be held on October 25, 2025, at the Westin Hotel Downtown in Edmonton. The event will feature a lively atmosphere, perfect for celebrating the creativity of Alberta’s filmmakers.
