Taghreed Saadeh is Own Ram Film Production INC. based in Edmonton/ AB. She is a mid-career producer, director and writer. She Studied filmmaking at George Brown College/ Toronto. She directed and produced documentary films. Her films won awards. Her films participated in many international film festivals: in Canada, England, the USA, Russia, China, Pakistan, Cuba, Iran, Afghanistan, and Arab countries/ Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Oman, Algeria, Tunisia and Europe.

Saadeh is a board member of the Documentary Organization of Canada / DOC- Alberta. Saadeh is a journalist specializing in film critique. Her articles were published in Arab media outlets and Canada.

Saadeh is a writer who published three books; Journalist ethics and Intellectual Property in Arab Countries.

The Guests: A  47-minute - that tells the story of hundreds of Palestinian refugees seeking asylum in Canada after being driven away from their homes and communities with no alternative place to go. It puts the spotlight on their traumas where they share why they came to Canada, the difficulties they faced, and the continuation of their very human suffering after Canada refused to help them.
Hundreds of Palestinian refugees who came from Lebanon, Syria and around the world have been living in Canada for more than 10 years still stateless and with nowhere to go. "The Guests" profiles their cases, and how this has affected their lives, dreams and their children's futures. These Palestinian refugees still have hope in finding a solution that provides the basic human needs, the promise of a future for their children, and a stable home life.
