Kalyn Edworthy has worked in the film industry for nine years - mostly as the Visual Communications Director at ATB Financial. She’s led multiple award-winning corporate and commercial projects as director and editor. Her first documentary film, The Root of it All, was an official selection at Northwest Fest 2023 in Edmonton, Central Alberta Film Festival (CAFF) in Red Deer, recipient of the AMPIA Rosie Award for Best Documentary Production Under 30 Minutes, and the CAFF Award for Best Short Documentary. Working as producer, director and editor, Kalyn was also nominated for the Rosie award for Best Editor (Non-Fiction Under 30 Minutes) for her work on ATB Financial's "Not Alone" and Best Television Commercial Under $50K. Her work as director on ATB Financial's "The Trailers are Coming" garnered the award for AMPIA's Best Television Commercial Under $50K (produced by Geffen Media) in 2018.
