Rosies Tonight!

This year’s Rosies celebrate the rich history of film in Alberta! Join us May 12 at the Hyatt-Regency in Calgary. Cocktails start at 5:00pm and the Show starts at 6:30pm!

As we mark one hundred years of Hollywood filming in our province, we also honour the past, present and future of our own exceptional homegrown talent. This Saturday, industry veteran Fred Keating hosts the 44th Annual Alberta Film & Television Awards at the Hyatt Regency Calgary. Long-time NFB producer Bonnie Thompson will be recognized as our Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, and we’re honoured to re-christen the award for Best Student Production after Fil Fraser, a founding member of AMPIA who believed deeply in the power of education and the importance of nurturing young talent.
