AMPIA Virtual Annual General Meeting: November 26, 2021

AMPIA will hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday, November 26, 2021 via Zoom link. At the AGM, a vote will be held to elect the vacant positions on the Board. The proposed slate approved by the Board of Directors will be circulated by November 12, 2021. Also on the agenda will be approval of the 2020-21 Financial Statements, as well as reports by the Board Chair, Executive Director and Committee Chairs.

Please note that in addition to regular business and updates, we will be asking the membership to vote on a bylaw amendment to reduce the required minimum number of active board members from 13 to 9. Note: only producer members in attendance at the virtual meeting are allowed to vote on bylaw changes and no proxy votes are allowed. Further details will be provided at a later date.

All members are welcome to attend. Registration will be required. A link will be sent out at a later date.

Thank you! ~ AMPIA
